What Do I Need to Begin?
1) Computer with Internet connection (high speed connection is required if you want to use a webcamera)
2) Computer headset or speakers with a microphone
3) Skype or other instant messaging account (AIM, Yahoo, Windows Live Messenger, QQ, Paltalk, ooVoo etc.) These accounts are free by downloading software from their respective websites.
4) Webcamera - Though this is optional, it will maximize your language acquisition by allowing you to pick up on visual cues from your partner. Use only after establishing a trustworthy relationship with your partner.
